As piano service professionals, we carefully selected Mason & Hamlin as the brand we wanted to represent in Vermont and eastern New York. The American-made Virtuoso X Series in particular competes favorably with the world’s top brands by any measure. The state-of-the-art carbon fiber composite action delivers performance, consistency, and longevity not available with wooden parts. The thick hard rock maple rim, full perimeter plate, and tension resonator work together to reflect vibrations back onto the soundboard, affording outstanding power and sustain. Modern engineering builds on over 165 years of experience to create, for example, exceptional evenness as the bass strings transition to the treble strings.  The manufacturing process, combining precision machining with hand-made optimization, delivers top-notch pianos, consistently and reliability.

We believe that the VX series model AA is among the best studio grands on the new piano market and, when compared with other pianos at its price point, the clear winner. Suitable for larger homes, many institutional settings, and small- and moderately-sized performance venues, it also offers a level of performance that will enable the highest levels of virtuosity.
